Rainey’s passion is building relationships and creating financial plans for his clients based on the important financial matters and goals in their lives. For some, it’s creating a college savings plan or addressing insurance coverages, while for others it is retirement planning and advisory account management.
Rainey recognizes that life is full of transitions and that a comprehensive financial plan should account for all of life’s different financial stages. He takes a comprehensive approach to advising, helping ensure his clients’ investments directly support their overarching life goals.
Rainey began his career in the financial services industry by joining John and Nathan Quello in 2013. Soon after, the team relocated the practice to Loft Advisors, where Rainey went on to attain his Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 securities registrations and life and health insurance licenses. He also earned the professional financial planning designation of Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®, awarded by the College for Financial Planning to those who create, implement and maintain retirement plans for businesses.
Rainey and his wife, Brittany, welcomed their daughter, Josie, in July 2022. Rainey and Brittany are active members of their church and community. He serves on multiple boards, including the Sioux Falls Prayer Breakfast, and is a mentor in The Community Outreach Genesis Mentoring Program. In his free time, Rainey continues to enjoy golfing as well as hunting, fishing and traveling with family and friends.
